The Covid-19 outbreak has led to an unprecedented change in the way that we currently lead our lives and BRAVO10BRAVO is committed to following all current government advice to reduce the spread of this virus.
We are all being encouraged to get back to work where it is safe to do so, where social distancing can be maintained or where practicable safety measures can be put in place to protect the health of the public and workers alike.

BRAVO10BRAVO continues to offer property maintenance and management services to Sidmouth and the surrounding area and has put the following safety measures in place to protect their customers and the wider public.

Hand washing and cleanliness is essential to preventing the spread of the virus so before every job we ensure that proper hand washing is undertaken and will never go straight from one client to the next or from our suppliers to a customer without first cleaning our hands with 70% alcohol hand sanitiser.
At all times we will remain at least 2m from our customers and will keep interactions to an absolute minimum, so whilst we appreciate offers of a cup of coffee and a biscuit due to the virus we can not accept kind offers like this.

When repairs and maintenance inside are to be carried we request that any door that we have to go through are already open before our arrival. In rooms that we need to work in windows must be open.

To prevent any potential spread of the virus we will wear a face covering whilst inside your property and request that you remain in another room whilst the work is undertaken. Where possible we kindly request that you also wear a mask when in the same room as ourselves.

We recommend that you allow plenty of time before entering or using any room that we've been working in and that you wipe all surfaces with an anti-bacterial agent.

Before BRAVO10BRAVO undertakes any work we will assess the risk of carrying out the work.
For emergency and essential work we will take every practicable step to minimise any risk but for routine maintenance, where we feel the risk outweighs the necessity for the work, we will not undertake the work until it is safe to do so.
Your health, the health of your family and the health of the wider population is the most important thing to us at this time.
